TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have taught Year 8 - 12 students in various schools across Queensland, both rural and suburban, state schools and independent schools, for 6 years. I have also tutored several high school maths and a University chemistry student. I've volunteered to coach many a school sporting team also.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I find it important to give students lots of structure, routine and clear boundaries. In my opinion, active, hands-on students are often overlooked in the busy-ness of academia and assessment deadlines. This is why I'm driven to find inventive and energetic ways to involve these particular students in everyday classroom lessons.
