I'm glad it's working well for your class. I will send you the forms I have. The newer charts have a form where you can record behavior color daily, and a code for what each color means. That's what I sent to Peanut1. I'm in the process of going back and updating the file for the older ones, there are quite a few so it's taking a while!

This looks great. The description says the tangram pieces are included. Does that mean laminating and cutting out all the individual tangram pieces? Would this work ready-made plastic tangram pieces as well? I have tangrams left over from an old math program.
I also think that listing the names of each image puzzle would be helpful. I like the idea of creating a completion checklist described in a previous question. Thank you!
