I began using these with my kindergarten class. The size is perfect for the cards. I even braved the business card page protectors. I feared they would easily tear, but they have not. The children enjoyed being able to work in a more "organized" fashion rather than having cards all over the table or floor to get mixed up. I was also able to easily differentiate the activities as needed.
I have primarily used the penguin number and set cards so far, but will be using the other items soon.

These are products I created for our two 7-year-old children to use for learning about the calendar components, fractions (not yet released), math vocabulary, colors (for our two-year-old), analog clock faces, etc.
I will try and post a video to my blog soon showing exactly how we use them.
It is different and not like anything else I've seen, but my children are active learners, and the auditory and visual cues help them learn.
I came up with the idea originally for making a calendar that wouldn't take up wall space, which we don't have. I wanted to also show them the days of the week and months of the year all on one spot.
I thought about what I had on hand as I love to repurpose. I had these 9-Pocket sports card protectors, and so the idea was born.
The 10-Pocket sets evolved from the 9-Pocket sets because I decided to try an even amount of cards. I use the 10-Pocket bundle with our 7-year-olds switching out cards each day from the entire set. For our 2-year-old, I have her match colored shapes to the appropriate color word card.
I am working on three additional add-on sets for the 10-Pocket bundle. They will be for adding on to the bundle, or they can be used independently.
Also, having the page protectors is not necessary, though I think it makes it neat and fun for the children.
