I am currently teaching Technology Integration and Middle School Social Studies at a small start up charter school in deep South Texas. The school is in the process of becoming a Lighthouse School. For the last five years I taught at IDEA Public Schools in deep South Texas where I taught middle school Social Studies and Technology using state, national and International Baccalaureate standards.

My teaching style is a mix of old tried and tested methods with a sprinkle of cutting edge. I am extremely convinced that technology should play a major role in how students learn.

I have not earned any awards, however my award is the satisfaction that all students learn in my class.

I have a bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Brownsville.

I enjoy fishing and photography and spending all my free time with my beautiful wife and three children.
