Just curious. How do you manage this sheet? Where do they place it? Do they keep track themselves? I will have tables (not desks) this year so I am trying to think of where it would be convendient to place these things so that they are used often but conveniently!

I keep a banking folder for each of my students in a bin, but I have a small class. Maybe you could try a plastic magazine file at each table with pocket folders for the students to store the ledger and other daily needs such as vocabulary lists and editing checklists?

Honestly, I've never heard of that problem. Weird. It sounds like your computer is changing the font or something - perhaps you could try resizing it. What font is the text on the words? I used Stencil which is both Mac and PC compatible. Possibly, you don't have the same font. I could send you pdf's if you want, but you'll lose the ability to type in the boxes. I am very sorry you are having trouble. You could email Paul and request a refund if you are not satisfied. I wish I could think of a quick fix. Again, I am very sorry you are having trouble.

I worked as a fifth grade classroom teacher for 4 years, teaching math, English, science, and reading, then taught 3 years of middle school math, reading, and English, and for 6 years I worked as a math resource teacher in grades 2 and 4.
