Over 25 years in Education Industry including managing a Primary Teaching Diploma in Papua New Guinea for 4 years and Piloting a successful multi age (10-15 years old) Alternative Education Program in Cairns (5 years. Other designations throughout career have included Academic Registrar, Museum Education Officer,Visiting Scientist to schools, It coordinator, Leading Teacher,Union Branch Vice President, workplace health & safety officer, internet coach & IT mentor.

I believe students are all individuals and teachers should provide and facilitate challenging, authentic tasks in a student centred classroom. A classroom extending beyond walls where they can construct a meaningful view of the world. A Curriculum designed critically to engage with common knowledge, transferrable skills and citizenship that equips them for life-long learning.
