I have been a preschool music teacher for over 8 years. Before that I homeschooled my children for three years, and before that I taught English grades 7-12 in public school for 9 years. Always keep the pace going in the classroom. I hate to lose minutes due to disorganization or not being prepared. It happens, of course, but I try to keep my transitions smooth from one activity to the next. I work with preschoolers so there is no down time for them!
