I work hard to make my classroom a positive place, where each child feels valued. I also try building their self-esteem, as well as encouraging them to see their own worth.
I like the idea of students tearling off and keeping a compliment for themselves, as well as giving it to another.
This will go a long way to making any classroom a happier, more positive place.
