I will do my best. I am not sure of your exact problem or how far you got, so forgive me if some of this is too basic. This bundle is a zipped folder, so you need to double click on the file to unzip it. You should then see a folder. Open the folder to find the PDF files inside. Make sure that you have an updated version of Adobe Reader (this is a free download; you just have to make sure yours is up-to-date). That will solve many problems. If you continue to have issues with the files, email me at rachelkfriedrich@gmail.com. I will make sure you get good files to open and use. Thank you for your purchase!

You get access to the other levels by buying the bundle. The bundle includes grades K-5, or you can buy each level separately. Hi Rachel... I just purchased the "Just Add Paper" for 3rd grade but somehow, and it's probably my fault, trying to rush... I ended up paying twice, once with my Visa and once with PayPals. I didn't think the Visa one went through so switched to PayPals. Is there any way to get a credit for your store or a refund?

I have fourth grade available in Just Add Paper and in the CCSS plans. I did have free plans, but I had to take them down. They were based on the Lorax, and Dr. Seuss Enterprises does not want their books used for anything. It's sad, really. I do plan to do a new free set of 4th grade plans hopefully this week to replace those Lorax ones.

Hi. I was just on your blog and I saw where you had CCSS Emergency Sub Plans available for grades K-3. When I came to the TPT site from your site, I only see K, 1, and 3 whereas I am looking for grade 2. Is grade 2 available and if so how do I find it? I've tried going back to your site and clicking the link again and then I also tried typing in the name of the unit with 2nd grade in place of 1st and 3rd grade as you have them labeled. I just purchased the Just Add Paper- K-Bundle Emergency Sub Plan, and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I've purchased things from this site in the past and have always been very happy with the quality/ content. I guess I thought the preview was just that a preview...I didn't realize that the plans would be sketchy at best. Is there a way for you to refund my money through PayPal? I've the product for 10 minutes and I can't imagine ever using them...If it had been a bookstore and I could look at the product more completely I never would have purchased it.

Refunds on product purchases are made on a case by case basis and are only provided when the product was not as advertised by the seller. If this is the case for you, Contact Us and write a detailed message explaining the situation."
