I am always keeping the teks in mind for my class as I create, so yes these units hit both. Some of my common core units also include things that are specifically for my own class and I have let the buyer know that certain centers do not align to the CC but I included them for my class. (like coins) But since TEA has just come out with new TEKS my district is making the change now and not waiting until next year. I am excited to get in there and make adjustments to be sure I am hitting all the new standards. Rest assured it is a big part of my planning and creating!

There are directions in the packet on how to align them. Three different techniques seemed to fix everyone's problem.
The three solutions are:
When you have the print menu pop up
choose fit to scale if that doesn't work then choose the opposite of that. and finally you can reduce the size by 3% as a last resort.

I introduce the game. I allow two kids to play at a time and the rest of the class watches/cheers. We rotate through until everyone gets to try the game. Most do it way under a minute. Some take about a minute. It allows for about 15 minutes a game with introductions and clean up. Some games take less and some take more.

I downloaded the 3rd revision. I'm not sure what recording sheets you were referring to being edited. But I can still see that there are errors on the place value punch. Is there another way to see the specific edits you made? When I click the "see revisions" I only get a tiny box and it seems like there is always more text to read. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this packet! My students are having a great time with them. I appreciate you working so hard and sending the revised visions of the recording page. I am still curious about the fruit salad shapes recording sheet. There doesn't seem to be matches for all the shapes. For example, pyramid isn't listed as one of the cuttible choices. Also, the cone having two options as matches is a bit confusing as well. Could you provide some clarity for me please? I want to continue using this pack and also be sure my students are getting the most out of all your hard work. Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

Hi! I downloaded and have used your Candy Bar awards many times in my resource room. The students and I absolutely love them. They are not directly aligned. There are coins throughout the pack which are not CC. Most of them fit the CC but I can't say it is directly aligned.
