My Teaching Experience

I have been a special education teacher for 11 years. I currently teach a self-contained cross categorical class of 3rd through 5th graders. I have also taught k-6 resource classes in the past. I currently teach in North Carolina, but I taught for 4 years in Texas.

My Teaching Style

My students learn best using a hands-on approach. I try to incorporate creative activities, such as crafts and cooking, into my lessons.
