I am sorry you were disappointed with this worksheet. I taught second grade once, so I understand your concern; however, the font size was not an issue for my students. I have taken your comments in stride and have made the following adjustments: I have increased the font size on the student copy (page 1) and added more line space for student responses. As far as the "category key" goes, I'm not sure what your concern is. The key is just that--an answer key for the first page (student sheet). It is supposed to be the same as the first page; the only difference being the answers. That's for YOUR benefit. I have uploaded the updated copy to TpT, so you will be able to download it again. I truly strive to upload quality work on my site. I hope that helps.

I checked the original file, and there are indeed 11 pages just as the description states. The first page is, of course, the cover page which is used as a free preview; page 2 contains the objectives for economics and geography, materials needed, necessary vocabulary, etc. Pages 3 and 4 are the lesson plans for one week; page 5 is the tree map for the different types of resources; pages 6 and 7 are the maps used in the activity where the students trace the travels in the book; the remaining 4 pages are the cards to be used in the categorizing activity. Hope this helps. I have really put a lot of effort into planning this lesson, so I hope it will be valuable for you. Thanks!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I taught in a small private school for two years before returning to cellege. After graduation, I taught in public school for 10 years (grades 3, 4, and 2/3 multi-age class), and then I completely changed directions for awhile and taught pre-school in a local Christian school. I am currently at the same school, but I am teaching seventh grade English, math, history, computer, and eighth grade English and computer. I plan to add a secondary English endorsement to my education and seek a position in a community college or non-traditional setting in the near future.
MY TEACHING STYLE
My teaching style is to have as much fun while learning as possible! I am known to have some wacky ways, but I get the point across. I do some direct instruction and independent learning centers.
HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT
I graduated with highest honors and a 4.0 in 2000 and maintained that average during my master's courses. I have won model classroom from Reading Renaissance many times and master classroom three times. I was the first teacher in my school to make model classroom in Accelerated Math.
MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
After years of substitute teaching and two years teaching in a private school, I returned to college to finish a degree. I graduated in 2000 from University of Southern Mississippi with my B.S. in elementary education (K - 8 plus a reading endorsement) and then returned immediately to start on my master's degree. I returned to school in 2009 and finished my master's degree in 2010.
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I have been married for 30 years to a pastor of a local church. We have three grown children, three grandchildren, and three cats.
