The Dibels homework booklet will take you from the first day of school until the last day of school. Students will practice different Dibels components for homework, read a book to their parent or parent reads a book to them, and an optional item is practicing a skill ring. This skill ring packet has letters/sounds, numbers, sight words, shapes, money, different things that they can practice as a part of their homework. I also use these for in the class for students to practice if I have 5 extra minutes. It is totally differentiated for each student, but little work for you the teacher. I just looked and saw it on our TPT store. The homework packet link is http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Dibels-Homework-Assignment-Notebook-for-Beginning-Readers. It is $4.00 and will be good for the whole year. We definitely plan on making September through July Writing Packets and Word Walls. We just have not designed them yet because we are working on doing them around the new common core writing standards.
I looked and the math journals are there. I know TPT has had some issues the last couple of days, so here are the links to take you directly there:

Thank you very much for these very practical and cute journal covers. I can't wait to use them. I have a favor. Would you consider making a set that instead of using the plural "Journals", to have the word be singular.."Journal"? That way I could have my students write a word like Poetry or Science on the cover. These would be extra flexible for me.
