I'm so sorry that happened! Sometimes I have to restart my printer and then it corrects. If it still does it, I would recommend trying to print it on a different printer (at home or work depending on where you tried).

I am also having trouble with the spaces in your packet for their handwriting. Instead of the lined handwriting that is shown in your example the area looks like dashes (hash marks) above the space where they would write. My Adobe is up to date and I haven't had any trouble downloading other PDF's.

Please try downloading the penmanship font from the links listed in the product info. It seems for some reason on some people's computers, Adobe is struggling to translate the font. Actually downloading and installing the font on your computer should help Adobe recognize it. Let me know if you still have trouble after following those steps.

I'm sorry! Please check and see if you have the most updated version of Adobe. Sometimes older computers have trouble opening the PDF's for some reason. You might also try downloading from another computer and try printing it and see if that would work.

Here are the fonts people are having trouble seeing- download the fonts from these links and install them to your fonts folder in your Control Panel. Hopefully this will fix the issue. I don't know why the PDF is not grabbing the fonts and keeping them as I put them in the document. This is frustrating!

I do not know why the "penmanship font" is not showing up in the PDF's. When I create the PDF on my computer it is there. Let me look into the issue.

The font used on the cards in the actually document is NOT the font shown on the preview. The 'a' and 't' on the cards is not what is shown on the preview. I cannot use these cards now that I have paid for them. Is there 2 versions of this pack?

I'm I'm sorry, I didn't see your question until now. Please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe. I used a penmanship font for the lines where they write the answers. I don't know why some people are showing hash marks instead of the font. Try that first and then let me know.

I'm so sorry that you are unable to view the PDF correctly. Have you checked the troubleshooting section of TpT? I assure you that I did not insert any hash marks or any other marks into the document. If you will go back to the product page, I added a pic of one of the book pages. See if yours matches what it should look like. I inserted "Penmanship print" font where they are supposed to fill in the blank on the book. Were you not able to use any of the other activities in the pack? Hopefully the troubleshooting will help you get this corrected so that you will be able to use it next year. If you want to request a refund, you will have to contact the TpT customer service. I hope that you were able to use some of the other activities to warrant some value out of the pack. Either way, I hope your issue can be resolved.
