TEACHING EXPERIENCE

After graduating from Dickinson College in 2002, I had an employment stint at a bookstore before landing my first teaching job. I spent a year teaching 6th grade Spanish in central PA before getting a job in southern New Jersey. I have worked at two high schools over the past 7 years and have gained an amazing amount of knowledge during that time.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that students should be involved as much as possible in their language education. My students are always participating in a variety of activities. . . I spent 4 years at a school that exclusively used the TPRS teaching method, so I often use bits and pieces of that method.
