Very lengthy powerpoint about ads. To make this useful in my classroom, though, I'd have to shorten it up quite a bit. Also several of the photos are not great quality, so I'd have to go and find better examples. I'd also change the color scheme from brownish-grey and orange to something more appealing.
For me this is more of a rough draft of what I would be able to eventually use in my classes. Since it will take me time to fix it up, I'm not sure if it is worth the full $5.

Check two things, press alt and the number and then release it and it will appear. Check to make sure the number lock is set correctly. If neither of these work, try another key board. I just tried them again and they all work as instructed.

I just did some 2010 activities but did not redo the ribbon. What I did was update the changes to the ribbon. Using 2007 and then adding the updates would work nicely.

The lessons can be completed with any of the versions, however they are wriiten for the traditional toolbar and do not identify exact location on the ribbon. All terms used like File, Insert, Bold, and many more however are all findable on the ribbin. Toolbar activities are for the earlier toolbar versions, the ribbon activities are from 2007, but work for 2010 as well. I have a new activity sheet coming this week that focuses on the additions to the 2010 ribbon. I WILL BE REWRITING THE CURRENT ACTIVIES TO RIBBON SOON!

The three tool bar sheet for 2007 are the only ones, however the other activities can easily be adapted to any version of Word once the students know where the commands are on the ribbon. I will be updating some of the activities in the near future. Thanks for your interest.

The answers to the questions at the bottom are: The only artery to carry de-oxygenated blood is the Pulmonary Arteries. Arteries carry blood away and Veins toward. I do not have a color diagram as we did it together with the smart board or overhead. Hopefully this helps.

It is one lesson, but will probably take two to three days for the students to accomplish. It can be explaned to more by having them create more than one animation. It is step by step, all my computer lessons are meant to be basically self guided. The students love this and will spend a lot of time creating.

The puzzle was based on class notes and these words may not have been presented in your book. We talk about why nicotine patches, pain patches, motion sickness patches work, thus the fat soluable answer

The assignment is complete, I did two of the same on a page and cut them in two to save on paper. There were no examples given because this assignment was meant to be done after they have already learned to make a table. An example of a feature that they have never used might be the command Paste Special. They would then use help to see how it works and place it in the table. Another example might be watermark...there are many possible choices and each students will be different. Part two is again up to the student to decide how they will create the tutorial. It is basically just a list of instruction on how to use the function. Hope this helps. PS. I passed out the 1/2 sheet and gave them one example and then put them to work. I got lots of different answers and different formats. As long as they completed the task and created the table the 10 features and the tutorial they got the point.

MY TEACHING STYLE
I teach by story. I believe in guided study sheets which require the student to read and follow instructions. I use streaming and powerpoints to aid in visual learning. I use the internet for research and enrichment activities. "Assignment keys available on request for most postings." They need to be scanned in, so I send when necessary by request.
