I have been teaching for eight years! I started my career as a kindergarten teacher. I now teach four-year old kindergarten. I have been fortunate enough to not only teach a 4K curriculum based upon learning and developmentally appropriate expectations, but to create and implement that curriculum.
I am a hands-on and interactive teacher who has high expectations for all my students. Although I work with our youngest learners, I believe that they are all capable of so much more than we give them credit. I want all my kiddos to know and understand they can do anything they if they try hard enough (Try your best). My teaching philosophy is to teach all children in both a developmentally and more importantly a learning appropriate level.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood in 2005. I also have a Principal and Director of Curriculum licenses after receiving my masters' degree in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University.
I love sharing my knowledge and passion for teaching our youngest learners. In addition to teaching kiddos, I have had the fortunate experience of working with both in-service and pre-service teachers through undergraduate and graduate level courses I have taught through the UW-Green Bay Outreach Program.
