Hi Laura,
The program that I use to create my material will publish as a word document. However, most of the formatting is lost when I try to convert. I went back to each translation problem in the document and changed the wording to unit to the left, right, up or down. I sent it to the email you provided.
Let me know if I missed any problems, I think I changed them all!

I saw your store on the home page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. I left you a rating. Well done! Since you seem to be new, here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
Consider creating a cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. You might also add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page for the teacher. (How do use this? Is it homework or a follow-up activity? Etc.) List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product.
Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also number your pages. Finally, unless you want your products revised (I do for my tests) save everything in a PDF format as it is harder to change.
Since you teach math, I’d appreciate your input on any one of my freebies listed below. I think it is important to see what others are doing and to get feedback from a variety of people.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. I have actually been in the process of adding a footer to all of my work including a copyright symbol. I just updated all of the free material I have available on TPT with my new footer. I still need to add this new footer to my items for sale.
When I am on summer vacation I plan to make a cover sheet for my material, however I did not even think to add a page suggesting different ways the material may be used in the classroom...thanks for that idea!

Two things on accuracy of your products:
On the Surface Area of a Triangular Prism - on the second set of practice problems - question 2 - the height of the polyhedron prints as 45 - not 4.5 - causing the students to calculate a different answer than the one on your answer key. I looked at the original page - and the decimal point gets covered by the 5 when printing.
Two: On the Surface Area of Cylinders in terms of Pi (which I loved Thank you!) In the example - at the top - the third line - the first term should be 2(pi)36 - not 12(pi)36

You may adapt the worksheets to fit your needs. A couple of the worksheets focus only on translations. Others focus only on reflection. A couple of them integrate both of these concepts for mixed practice.
