I began my teaching career in fifth grade (self-contained) in a small town. The next five years, I taught sixth grade Math, including intervention in all middle school grade levels. I came to my current district as the district math specialist, and serviced grades 3 - 8 for five years through writing scope and sequences, curriculum writing, and helping teachers. Last year, I completed my second year as an assistant principal at an elementary campus (PreK - 5). Follow my blog for more helpful math resources at http://ifmycalculationsarecorrect.blogspot.com
I plan games, activities, and units that my students and I will enjoy while learning.
