What a wonderful resource! Do you have kits for additional days? What a blessing! The first time I had to unexpectedly be absent from school, I didn't experience that sick "Oh no" feeling because I had already set up my first grade substitute lesson plan from this kit and I had no worries at all. I also had excellent feedback from the substitute who used my substitute plan. I was so impressed with the lesson plans! I felt the price was more than fair, especially when you take into account the amount of time it takes to plan! I'm looking forward to additional 1st grade lesson plans from you! A huge help! Well thought out....presented in a clear concise manner which would be especially helpful to beginning teachers. I love the secure feeling of having lesson plans in place for when I have to be absent. This was so easy to use....just type in my classroom information. I also found the activities for the different subjects to be age appropriate and fun for the students. awesome This really helped me so much Thanks This is the BEST! We need a second day and a third day, PLEASE! I had an emergency - No digging around for everything - Shannon keeps it simple with things that are in every classroom. She even includes the story you'll read! WONDERFUL - Just need more of these!

Spanish Substitute EmergencyLesson Plans K-3 Ready to Use Programmable

Left these plans for a sub yesterday. One of the first things the sub said in her note to me was "Great lesson plans". Classroom teachers told me she was very engaged with the students. I really enjoyed the beginning part to these plans that let you fill in information about schedule, procedures, etc. I hadn't thought about all of that before, and it helped me leave more detailed instructions. I adapted the lessons a bit to what I know my kids can do, but they were VERY detailed, step-by-step instructions that ANY sub could follow. Only complaint was no accent marks on the shapes for the 3rd grade lesson. I also added pronunciations in brackets... think it would be helpful so ANY sub could teach these plans.
