I have my document secured with passwords to protect the graphics. It is a requirement. You should only need a password to edit or change the doc, not to open it. You might be attempting to open it wrong, so your computer thinks you are trying to edit it. Using Adobe Reader to open it should solve your problem... or email me at maryamoson@gmail.com and I will email it to you tonight.

I continue to follow you and your blog! Youar amazing! I am ready to purchase several items from yo includin gthe Digital Slideshow packet. One question - you did anaser my question about putting the picutres on the dard drive. I have about 4,000 or so pictures since I do a scrapbook for each student. Would it work to put on the pictures on just for each month? I know I can only put about 300 on the digital slideshow. I am afraid my computer won't hold all the pictures since I have them on cd's. Just wondering! Mnay thanks for your wonderful ideas!

I am not sure I understand your question. You can make a different scrapbook for EACH child. To do that, I suggest going through you digital pics and renaming them for that kid. For example, Jill, Jill1, Jill2, etc. Then when you go to add them it is easier. Does that help?

I used to make a DVD for my students each year but it was so hard to get it to convert to a DVD after I finished it, I used another program besides movie maker. This seems like it would be much easier. If I was to by the pack will you be changing out the first slide for subsequent years? I know I won't be making one this year, not enough picture taking, but would love to try it next year again.

Hi! In your "There was an old lady who swallowed a chick" literacy pack, the pages say: "Happy Easter" and at the end of the book they put "Happy Spring". Is there anyway you could change that simple word on the sequencing sheet or the sequencing cards? Or add an extra page with that option? I have some parents who will be fine with the objects but the word "Easter" may unfortunately cause some issues if we sent it home. The students have been asking to read the book and now that we are doing our Egg/Chick unit it's perfect! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my question, even if you are unable to accommodate :)

Odd.. It is suppose to be a hot link. Google the exact name "trend space clip art variety pack" and see what comes up. If the pictures match, you are good to go. My kids did this yesterday and lOVED it! They asked to do it again. We also filled out our "What you know" section and flipped the papers over to draw different planets on it! I'm looking forward to using your Valentine Sweet Secret Code Words with my kids this month. Unfortunately, the two-letter valentine card with the words to, it, no and on was duplicated. Was that intentional? Also, I wish you had included a generic recording page. I want to use this product as a game where they pull a card from a container, crack the code, and write it down. Since I'd like to mix the two- and three-letter words together, the recording sheets you provided will not work for me. Thanks for anything you can do.

You can download a purchase as many times as you need to! It will always be under "My Purchases" on TpT. Computer stuff happens, even though it can drive you CRAZY!!! Hi Mary! I love the 10 frame dice rolling activity, but I am terrible at making the dice! They always turn out wonky and lopsided! I purchased the large plastic photo dice with the inserts for pictures...so, my question is, would you be able to enlarge the images on the dice to about 3 1/2 inches or so to enable me to insert them into my picture dice? No--I wasn't referring to the name of the holiday. It's on page 14 and 15 for the fill in the blank where you have "______ was the 1st PRESIDENT (not presidents) of the United States." :) And it's written the same way for the statement about Lincoln. (on both pages) As for the name of the holiday--now that's a good debate--LOL. :)

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have taught Kindergarten for 8 wonderful years. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Specialist degree in Instructional Technology.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I teach using whole group, small group, and centers. I love to makes games to learn, so many times my students think they are playing instead of learning. I love individual goals and team encouragement. And I love to dance around, say silly things, and have fun with my class.
HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT
I was named Teacher of the Year in 2011. I am presenting at a technology fair in my county about using iPads/iPods in the classroom in July.

I have a LOVE for technology. I always try to incorporate some fun techy stuff in my classroom. This year we are ROCKIN the iPods and iPads. I am having a blast using all the ideas and printables I find here on TPT.
