apgudmu re: Daily Math Warm Ups For Second Grade--First Trimester
I'm moving to second next year and we're transitioning to common core. Would your daily warm ups be in line with the California Common Core State Standards? It's all new to me!
I don't have them bundled up yet but plan on doing it soon. Give me a few weeks. Thanks for asking.

Do you also have these for the fourth trimester? We have four-nine weeks plus First semester and second semester comprehensive test. Would love to have these in a bundle also. Thanks

Hi Shelly do you have all your ELA Spiral Review in a bundle? Do you have week 29-36?
Sorry, I don't have my ELA Spiral Reviews in a bundle yet. I don't have week 29-36 made either. I have been using my full sheet Daily Grammar Review these past few weeks.

Love your resource, thank you so much for sharing!
I was wondering what program you use to create your graphics? They are really cute!
The Daily Grammar Review is on a full sheet. The ELA Weekly are on half sheets and in the format of the state test that is given in California. The students need to bubble in the correct answer in the ELA Weekly. They basically cover the same standards. I hope this helps you.

skelm re: Daily Math Warm Ups-Second Trimester
Hi, I have been using the daily math warm ups all year with my 2nd graders. They are awesome, but I am concerned about the placement of the hour hand on the clocks. Fro example, if the time is 1:30, the hour hand is pointing to the one and not in between the 1 and the 2 where it should be. Any chance that you can correct this? It just really bugs some of my students. Please let me know. If you can't, I will still keep using the sheets. Thanks.
I totally agree with you! I just bought some new clip art to change the times so they are more accurate. Thank you for your concern. I will have them changed by tomorrow night and uploaded to TPT. Thank you so much for your honest input.

hackemar re: Common Core Math Assessments for Second Grade
Can you provide the data missing from page 97 for Common Core Standard 2.MD.10 that the students need to fill in the graph?
Are you referring to question #5? The data is given to the left of the chart. Students needs to complete the chart. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more clarification.
I have math warm-ups for second grade but not third grade. I have ELA review sheets for second grade also.

Thanks for your reply. I wanted to know HOW they are written on this resource? I'm intested in buying it IF the problems are written horizontally. Yes, they can be taught any way, but for me, they have to be written horizontally. Thanks!

sfletcher1 re: Common Core Math Assessments for Second Grade
In this item, are your math problems like 32+65 = ___ written horizontally or vertically? Our county requires our problems to be horizontal for the Core. Thanks!
susanlulu@yahoo.com
Fluently add and subtract within 100 using strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between
addition and subtraction.
I teach my students both ways. Our core standards aren't specific on which way it is to be taught. Hope this helps you.

Raidergal re: Daily Math Warm Ups-Second Trimester
Hi Shelly,
I am interested in purchasing the daily math warm-up set. Do you have a set for each trimester? I only saw for trimester 1 and 2. My school is on a semester system but I can spread them out to span over the year. Do you sell them in a complete set?
Also, I am interested in something similar to this format for ELA. I found in your store ELA reviews by weeks instead of trimesters. Do you offer this format so its spans by the trimester?
At the moment, I only have trimester 1 and 2 made for daily math warm-ups. I hope to make trimester 3 soon. My ELA spiral reviews are only on half sheets. I am plan on making them on full pages, but haven't gotten around to it. I have some FREE full page grammar review sheets on my blog.

Is it possible to change the format of your Math and LA Spiral Review for Morning Work into something other than PDF? My school has us on a limited supply of copy paper and I am looking for something I can copy and paste onto Promethean Board for students to write the answers in their Morning Work Journals.
There are only certain files that we can upload to TPT. I have to put it in pdf file or something similar or otherwise the fonts I use would not be correct if i put it in WORD and sent it to you. I tried e-mailing a file to another teacher and she did not have the math fonts and it did not work. I have a SMART Board in my classroom and the pdf files work fine.

TeachersRock60 (TpT Seller) re: Antonyms and Synonyms Packet
This is not really a question Just F.Y.I. your preview has such good resolution that unscrupulous people MAY be tempted to enlarge it, then cut & paste. It seems like a really good product. It should have a lot of downloads ( I didn't see a count, maybe you have many).
You could reduce the resolution or take out a few of the items and explain that there are "several more like it." These are merely suggestions. I'm no master marketer (you have more followers than myself!)
I'm a seller on TpT too so I was just checking out to see how saturated this area of the market was. Nice work! I go by "TeachersRock60" but my real name is Scott. Nice work Shelly!

Will you have future ELA Spiral Review for weeks 13+! My students and I like using your Math Spiral Review and look forward to adding the ELA this week.
Yes!! I have another set ready to put on TPT. I am proofreading them today. They should be on tonight. I don't want to rush and post new ones and then find errors. I am so gland you like the math reviews!!

Is there anyway you could put the daily spiral reviews in another format such as a word so that I can cut and paste them to have the math and reading review for that day all on one sheet? Thanks they are awesome!!
I have to upload them in a pdf or jpeg files etc. to TPT. I can not upload them in word. I put reading on one side and math on the back side to save paper and then cut them in half.

I forgot to mention earlier, even if I could upload them to word--it would not work. You would have to have the math fonts on your computer or otherwise you would get weird characters. I tried e-mailing them to a friend and it didn't work because she did not have the math fonts on her computer. I am so sorry!

tlsdawson re: Daily Math Warm Ups-Second Trimester
Hi. What is the difference in the Daily Math Warm-Ups and the Spiral Reviews? Also, will you be adding more to complete either of these. I noticed only 17 weeks of spiral review and 2 trimesters of the warm ups. Thanks!
Yes, I will be adding more! Need to proofread them. Basically they are the same thing, but the spiral reviews are on half sheets and the warm-ups are full sheets. Our school is limited on copies so I like to use the spiral reviews. I put math on one side and ELA on the back.

Thank you for writing these practice sheets. Do you have enough for the rest of the school year? Thanks
Yes, I do. I have 4 sets on TPT for math. Weeks 2-5, 6-9, 10-13, and 14-17. I have them all made for the rest of the year but need to proofread. I am going to put them in a big packet or buy them 4 weeks at a time.

Do you have a packet for sale that has spiral review (math) for the entire year?
These are great and I would love to have them in one central location.
Thanks
I love your spiral review packets, but I am looking to purchase enough review for a DOM for the entire year. Any chance you are going to release more packs for the rest of the school year?
