I am getting the feeling that you are new to TPT bc I see that you have left two comments about this product on the same day. I wanted to make sure you understood the difference. When you leave a Q&A, you are giving the seller a chance to do something about the issue, bc it is just a question. It is like public email. When you leave a negative comment in the rating, it is set in stone and becomes part of her score. In this product, I left my email. If you had contacted me privately about this issue, I would have been happy to help you. I would have been able to change the product to fit your needs. If you simply left a Q & A and gave me a day to respond, I would have helped you. Instead you chose to leave two negative comments on the same day, without giving me a chance to solve your issue. All of us on TPT are just teachers.
I hope you understand that I do the best to serve my customers, but I do expect to be given a chance to solve the issue before they leave a negative comment. Please take the time, next time to email the seller first. If that seller did not leave her email, then leave a Q&A and give her a few days to respond before leaving a rating.
