THE ONLY REASON i MARKED DOWN OVERALL QUALITY is because the font color is too dark on the graphic, I had to change it to white for it to show up. The info is awesome and you saved me so much time!!!!!

Thank you so very much for your comment, and you are more then welcome to change the title, however, "County" is the term to which Shakespeare does refer to Paris in his play.
Act 1 Scene 2 Stage direction: Enter CAPULET, COUNTY PARIS,
and the Clown [Capulet's Servant].

113 The gallant, young and noble gentleman,
114 The County Paris, at Saint Peter's Church,
115 Shall happily make thee there a joyful bride.

217 I think it best you married with the county.

75 Mercutio's kinsman, noble County Paris!

I think this was targeted for a much younger audience. The questions and graphics are much to young for a upper-level class.
I'm not sure it pushes any intellectual literary boundaries, it is really basic information.

Wow! This is an impressive CD--the language is uncomplicated and the pictures assist comprehension. My ESL students, who are are not linguistically advanced in English, will really benefit from it...especially the students who are absent and miss the oral presentation of the book and the discussion. Thank you so much. You need to be sure and market this for ESL students. The CD is well worth the money!!

Simply Novel a new idea (TpT Seller)
This is a Novel unit and is not in a PDF format, it is in a powerpoint show format. The first 49 slides cover the history of the epic as well as its elements, setting, and characters and a remaining 88 slides provide a complete summary of Burton Raffel's entire poem. The unit is 137 slides in length, and are not able to be changed however a recently added index allows you to move through or skip through any on the slides you may not want to cover. A 25 slide demo of Beowulf can be found at http://www.simply-novel.com. Please feel free to contact us again if this does not answer your question. Our product is now being used at our local VPPS trainings for use in special education classrooms.

The the digital and the CD's are the same product. We began on TPT as CD's and did not want to remove then for our customers who prefer them. We only just went digital in the later part of July of this year as TPT increase their file size. We have received great review on both the download and the CD. This way it just give you a choice.

I just purchased Romeo and Juliet from your company on the Teacher pay Teacher web site.
I must admit I am a bit confused as to how this power point will be as beneficial to me. I previewed this product and had high hopes of its attributes and wrongly assumed that I am the teacher would have some administrative control over the product.
Here are my concerns:
I can not see all the slides at once, like I would be able to do in a traditional power point presentation, there by making it very difficult to see the whole program and make constructive lesson plans. I can not see flipping through each slide individually, what a time drain.( I respectively disagree with your comment)
I am not aware how I would save this power point to my computer as doesn't seem to be this option when I right click.
I am unable to print any of the pages, such as the character list, so that my students may take full advantage of the program.
I am concerned that I made a bad purchase, even though the preview and product looks sound. It does not offer enough flexibility in order to be useful in the classroom.

Hello! You cannot print individual slides nor will you need to. Each section is separated by Objectives which will easily allow you to plan what you want to present each day as well as help align the content to your standards. You will want to preview each objective section before presenting to your students. The program will make teaching the novel much easier as it breaks it down and summarizes each Act and scene for you. Let us know if you have additional questions.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Janice Williamson and Barbara Lane, together have over thirty-five years teaching experience. We completed our Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Reading together which strengthened what we already knew: students need linguistic and visual learning aides to strengthen their comprehension skills. MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
Janice’s teaching experiences include grade levels English 9 -11 as well as reading, Advanced Placement, and inclusion. Barbara’s teaching experiences include Language Arts and yearbook grades 7-8, English 9, English Honors grade 9, EL and British Literature grade 12. Both teachers hold a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Reading.
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Together, we were determined to apply these practices in our curriculum. After spending another summer vacation working, and talking with general and special education colleagues, we soon learned that what we were looking for wasn’t available. And so, Simply Novel ~ a new idea was born. Today, standards direct educators to meet the needs of all students, inclusive of a variety of learning styles. Looks good on paper, but for those of us in the classroom, it isn’t always the reality. The struggle to meet the rigors of a diverse classroom as well as the additional demands placed on educators presents a universal problem - the time factor. The product Simply Novel is not intended to replace the teacher; instead, it supports good teaching practices. Used appropriately, the program provides a foundation for learning. Prompted by cues, questions, and advanced organizers, Simply Novel ~ a new idea allows the teacher to focus on what really matters in the novel.
