Thank you for purchasing this product. I'm sorry that you're having difficulty with the download. I looked into this and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the product itself. TpT suggests that if a PDF is downloaded black and blurry to update Adobe. The link that they provide is: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
If this doesn't work, I would be happy to email you a copy of the product and see if it downloads correct that way.
