Thank you for the feedback. Maybe it's time for an update. I wrote this lesson a few years ago, and it was really designed to provide some back knowledge for students to understand a personal use for spreadsheets. It really only offers an overview and certainly does require individual time. And it was a lesson created for a short quarter.

I have been trying to create this myself for a couple of years now and just haven't gotten it right. The format is awesome! You can also play with the size of paper and orientation so you can print it the way you want. My only wish is that there was an elementary version. I was able to change the template to work with my elementary schedule, but it did take some time.

Just PPT or any other presentation creator. Really that's it. But if you wanted to make the finished product into a movie (quicktime or imovie) you could do that too.

This document is in .pdf format and you can only edit it with Acrobat Pro, or a .pdf editor. Many teachers do have this software available. However, if you do not, I would be happy to send you the MS Word formatted version. The .pdf is in a universal format that anyone can open from any computer. That is the reason I put the document up that way. Let me know an email address that I can send the Word document to, if you'd like a copy that way. Thank you.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching for 12 years. I wanted to be a teacher since I was young but since my father was teacher, he strongly discouraged me. I still can't understand why. Aside from the political issues, I love my job. I also feel it is very important, and critical work.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe the model for learning has changed, and that students learn more now by doing. I facilitate learning in my classroom, and it is often a collaborative, group effort.
