I decided which frame I wanted to use for what and then I printed out those frames. Then, after the frames were printed, I measured the margins on the left, right, top, and bottom to the black outline with a ruler. I set the margins in word as those amounts. Then added a table with the same # of boxes as frames for the page I was using (and made sure the outline of the table was invisible so it wouldn't print on top of the frames). Then I added the writing I wanted, reloaded the printed frames into the printer (making sure I had it feeding in the right away) and printed on that. The writing ended up in the frames because the margins and boxes were set to mimic the frames.
I hope this makes sense. If not, let me know and I can try to send you the document outlines I saved that match the different frames.
I had to make a new outline document for each type of frame but in the end they came out really good.
