It is my understanding that you can import notebook products into ActiveInspire and use them on the promethian. I'm not sure how the process works, but I can also change it into IWB format and email it to you if it doesn't work. IWB format works with any interactive white board.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am beginning my 5th year teaching middle school math and written expression.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe students learn and retain information by practicing. Rather than doing boring worksheets, games and activities stimulate their brains and make them think about what they have learned.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I have presented at these conferences: Prince George's County Powering Up with Technology 2012 iConnect (Sunset Elementary 2012) Brainfest 2012 (Annapolis Area Christian School) I will be presenting at MSET at the Baltimore Convention Center in April 2013.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006 with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I completed my master's degree in Special Education Leadership and Teaching from College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 2011.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I love integrating technology into my everyday teaching.
