One for my Smartboard lessons that my kids love is Crack The Code. I am doing it now with my class. It practices so many things...alphabet, sight words, reading short sentences, punctuation, penmanship and number recognition. My kids love to figure out the message and read it. If you want to check it out I included the link to it. I also made the matching sheets to print so kids can all do it on paper.
