I have been teaching for 7 years, but got started late. I wanted to be a teacher since I was young but since my father was teacher, he strongly discouraged me. I still can't understand why. Aside from the political issues, I love my job. I also feel it is very important, and critical work.

I believe the model for learning has changed, and that students learn more now by doing. I facilitate learning in my classroom, and it is often a group effort.
