Wonderful! Grammar seems to have taken a backseat in the elementary schools in recent years, and our middle school teachers have requested that we put more emphasis on it. I loved diagramming sentences when I was a kid. I look forward to passing that enjoyment along to my students.

I used this during small group instruction during "intervention" time. It was so easy to break down all the grammar rules. If my students understood the concept, they did a quick practice/refresher. If they didn't understand the concept, I was able to do a quick mini-lesson and then have the students practice. I especially liked how each concept was built into the next topic's practice. Thank you so much!

Some of lessons with antecedents look like they'll work very well and give students real substance to work on. Interesting take on antecedents! The playful, engaged tone in these handouts is enjoyable. However, I found the explanation at the start of the Your Very Own Personal Pronoun sheet confusing and incomplete and its creative asides distracting.
I think grouping the pronoun examples--which are great--by first, second, and third person would help students immensely.

Hello Susannah, Could you tell me precisely which punctuation marks are covered in Punctuation Paradise? I teach 7th grade language arts, and I am looking specifically for the more "complex" punctuation marks such as parentheses, ellipses, and the hyphen. Many diagrams are covered, as examples for sentence diagramming are included in all of my intro worksheets. My grammar units are organized by parts of speech. When I introduce a new unit in class, I also include the way to diagram that part of speech. For example, we are now diagramming adjectives, including predicate adjectives. These attach to the basic subject/verb diagrams the kids have been doing right along. I don't have everything posted yet to TPT. Is there something specific that you are looking for? I could post it for you.
