Hi there! I purchased this and can't wait to use it in my class ASAP! I would love them to be able to watch the video of your sisters (who are too cute, by the way!) before they learn - and while I learn along, too! Is there any way you could email me that video (if it would even fit in an email?) because I don't think I can access your blog at school. My email is shauna.dutcher@yahoo.com if you can. Thanks!

Do you have these cards in numbers and shapes? I would like the same chevron pattern on a card with numbers 1-10 and basic shapes. Is that possible?

Hello again! Yes, I can certainly do this for you. Please email me at mrseunruh@gmail.com and I can send them your way. Also, if you have a preference for a certain color let me know what it is and I can easily change it to match your classroom!

How large are the poster cards?

Hi Caroline! The large poster cards fit on a standard piece of paper so they're 8.5" by 11". The small cards fit 4 to a page.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching for 6 years now. I first taught ESL to Kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th graders in Memphis, TN through Teach For America. I've taught 1st grade for 3 years and this year I'll be moving up and teaching 2nd grade. I've learned that lower elementary is definitely the place to be!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love having my students work with hands on materials and manipulating as they are making meaning with different concepts. I use a workstation approach and emphasize small group learning.
