Love it! I teach a multi-grade special needs program and love that this can be used as is across ages. I think I will also use it for student self-evaluation and teacher feedback on major writing and research assignments. The students can write 3 things they did well on the project and one thing they think they can improve or need help with. My feedback can be the same. This gives a real boost to their good work before pointing out an area to work on.

I don't really have a question - but more of a suggestion. I do something similar to this, but instead of calling it a wish, I call it a plan. I know that kind of messes up the theme but I like to send the message that you only achieve things with hard work.
