Hi Tari, I am also a seller on TPT and noticed your question for Graphics on the Pond. I just had a thought...did you right click on their folder and sellect "Extract All"? Their material comes in a zipped folder and so I thought that maybe, if you were new to this, you might not have know to do this. I hope this helps.
