Awesome game! We love it! Only thing I would suggest is actually leaving the squares blank. We are Canadian so I ended up just placing different stacks of our own currency, BUT if you leave the squares blank you can change it up based on what you are learning, so all nickels or all dimes and then when ready throw in the quarters and dollars! Also the kids can collect their coins and add them up at the end of the game.

I like the baseball analogy. It was well made and I will still use it, but I thought it was going to be an activity that I could use as a station with my gifted second graders, but it seems to be more for guided reading. I was a little disappointed, though, and I wish there had been more of a preview. I assumed there was another activity but I guess that was my mistake.

Live Teach Laugh Run (TpT Seller)
I am a tutor in an elementary school, and this was a great game for my kids! I also like the totaling sheet because I can use it with some of my students but not with others, so it provides differentiation.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have taught for 2 years in a small private school as an intervention specialist. I teach grades k-8 but love working with the little ones best!
MY TEACHING STYLE
I like to use different strategies to help students succeed. I enjoy using quick and easy assessments and checklists to find the areas of focus for my students. I try to use technology as well but don't have many resources in my tiny room to do so.
