The only suggestion I would make is that when you are creating your boxes, make them into editable textboxes so that a teacher can easily add/delete their own requirements.

This design based on Bloom's research is so streamlined and easy to use a teacher could simply adapt the format to any number of disciplines. I love this and will use it in my 8th grade English classroom. Thank you!

Hi! Just wanted to take a moment to respond to your posted comment regarding my Introductions and Conclusions PPT. Thanks, first, for the feedback and rating, I appreciate it. Regarding adding compare/contrast to the modes portion of the PPT (which, I assume, was your reasoning behind the lower score on the "accuracy" category of my rating), our state (AL) doesn't test students on that type of expository writing. We are only tested on expository that explains reasons and provides examples; and, of course, the PPT was created for use with my own students. Glad to hear, however, that my work will be useful to you and your students! Happy teaching!
