I didn't see in your terms of use the availability to use this in a product to sell here on TpT. If we cite you and your store, can we use this photo in a SMART notebook file to sell here?

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Rogers has been an educator for 20 years. She is certified in Elementary, Spanish/English bilingual education (BLCAD), & ES0L K-12. Additionally, she teaches ESL, Spanish, and developmental reading at the college level. Sandra also has experience managing educational products for an ESL and Spanish language textbook publisher. Currently, she is working on a doctorate in instructional design and works at the Innovation and Learning Center at the University of South Alabama. This graduate assistantship allows her the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver professional development to faculty and support student learning.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Mrs. Rogers uses positive reinforcement to enhance learning. For instance, she coined a term called, "smart mistakes". These type of errors are often based on preconceived rules, such as regular verb formation applied incorrectly to irregular verbs or the application of false cognates to a second language. Sandra strives to recognize the source of the student's mistake, and then guide them (scaffolding) to the correct response. In her opinion, students respond favorably to positive remarks, especially with error correction.
