TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching elementary school for over 12 years, and have spent most of our time in k-3 as well as interventions.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe routines help a child learn. If you have the same routine, but a different skill, they can concentrate on the skill, and not the routine. I use a workshop model in my classroom for all subjects, although see the benefits and use lots of ideas from lots of other places! I truly believe that students will do as well as you expect them to, so RAISE YOUR EXPECTATIONS!
