This is a seperate product for lower case letters. There are directions in this packet to print these letters smaller. You may select print multiple pages per sheet when printing from an Adobe file. I've gone as small as 2 by 3 ( 6 letters per page).

How do I use this? I can't figure out how to copy and paste it onto a document I've created. It's a png file, and it won't copy for some reason when I click on one of the borders. What am I doing wrong?

If you are using MS Word do the following:
Open a word document select "INSERT" from the file menu. Then press the "Header" button and insert a blank header. Remove any text that appears. Second, select "INSERT" again, and press the "Pictures" button. Navigate to the PNG file and insert the graphic. Third, select "FORMAT" (picture), press the "Position" button, and choose the "Middle/Center" option. Then press the "Wrap Text" button and select the "Behind Text" option. Last, select "DESIGN" from the main menu and close the header. To readjust the header, double click the top of the document and the header design will reopen.
If you are using an Adobe product, you will need to use menu items "File --> Place".
I don't use a MAC. If you do, let me know and I'll see if I can help.
