I recently purchased the All About Numbers 0-100. My students started to do the number matching pages and we noticed the tally marks are wrong. There are 5 vertical lines and then a slash through them as the 6th... sometimes it comes out to the correct number some times it does not.

Workboxes tags - I see someone else had the same problem with the missing subject tags. I have been using workboxes with my youngsters for years but we have just started homeschooling officially and I would love to use your subject tags - they are needing "bigger kid" ones now with school subjects and your are beautiful and fun. I just purchased the All about 100 and more and have downloaded it onto my mac computer, however when I click on the download to open the document it opens as a HTML page but does not display the correct images, instead just pages full of black and white letters and numbers. How can I fix this?

First, double-click on the .zip file to open it up. In the window that opens, click Extract all files. The Extraction Wizard will open. Click Next to continue. From the Select a Destination dialog, select the location where you want the folder to be placed (by default this will be in a subfolder of the folder the .zip file is in). Then click Next to extract the files. Make sure Show extracted files is checked, and then click Finish. The unzipped files will appear in a new window.

I purchased the Mega Sight Words Pack and love it. I did notice though that on Set 1 List 2 pg. 11 the words that the students cut out do not match the words that they past it to. (Cut out words are: is, in, it, you, that. The boxed words are: is, that, it, you, of). I didn't know if there is anyway that I can correct it in the version that I bought.

One of the main reasons why I purchase products from TpT is for the convenience. Perhaps the product description should include compatible computer programs. Unfortunately, I'm out the money that I used to purchase this product but I also gained one big headache in return.

If you have Powerpoint, you might be able to use them somehow. I've never used PP for that purpose, but I know that several sellers here us it. You might want to look on the Seller's Forum for some guidance.

I am not sure which programs you have access to but I know a lot of people use Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop. You might want to ask on the seller's forum about which programs work best. I design all of my items using Photoshop and Illustrator. I hope this is helpful. Thanks.
