Hi!
I use itunes to import my CD's and download music from the itunes store. :) Itunes is a free download and you can import your Cd's and attach the songs through SMART Notebook where the paper clip is.

Thank you for your reply regarding downloading the SMART notebook software. Am I correct in understanding that the presentation does NOT play the song? Do we need to purchase that song separate, then ADD it under sound?

Hey, not bothering me at all. :) Yes, the presentation does not include the song due to copyright laws. You will need to buy/download the song or download from a CD and attach to the Presentation or play along with the presentation. I hope this helps. Let me know any time you have a question.

I recently purchased this. I had it before from a different site and was able to use it. The program played the music, and at the end I was able to manipulate the activity of matching pictures. Currently, I cannot play this on my computer. I have had our Tech guys come to look at it, but they are stumped. What application will I need to open/play this program? Will it work on an ipad?

Hi! This has to be opened using the SMART notebook software that is used with Smartboards. If Smart notebook is not downloaded on the computer, then it will not open the file correctly. Could this be the issue? And you said that you had this from another site? Could you tell me where? This is the only site I have it uploaded to. Thanks!

I just bought my Election Day File myself to make sure that it is downloading correctly, and it downloaded for me. What is it saying when you download it? Do you have SMART Notebook Software on the computer you downloaded it to? If you do not have the software, it will not let you open it. If you do, and it is not downloading, you should be able to download it again. See if that will work for you. Let me know. :) Stephanie

I am not sure why Adobe would have anything to do with it. But I know that I have to update my Adobe every now and then or it will act funny. Have you tried to update Adobe reader or check for updates?
Also try to download it again. Since you already bought it, you won't be charged again. If it still will not work, let me know, and I will send you a refund for it. :) Thanks!

Hi! Yes this font is D'Nealian. That is what we use in our school system. You can change the font in SMART Notebook to whatever font you like. Just "unlock" the images, then double click on the letters and change the font. :) I hope this helps you. Thank you for your purchase!
