These strategies were helpful for students learning to compare fractions using reasonableness. I liked the models on each strategy page for practice. I also liked the 'mixed practice' where students had to identify which strategy they used. I didn't like that I had to wait so long for an answer to my question and that I had to buy it before my question was answered. I also think that strategy 1 and strategy 2 are the same because unit fractions have a common numerator of 1.

We add another aspect to the calendar routine...At the beginning of the year we start with a certain amount on our number board and they estimate how long it will take us to get to zero. We subtract the days date every day.

I printed out the parts of a circle activity. Only the bottom QR code was linked to a video. Do you have a more recent QR code for this activity? I am new at using the Ipad in class. I teach a dual language classroom and would need these in Spanish. Are they editable, or could you get them translated into Spanish?? I would love to utilize these in my classroom. I wouldn't be able to use these particular ones in my particular classroom because my partner teacher teaches English and I do the Spanish component. Thank you!

You can print them on a good colored printer, but it will leave a white frame around the edge. I just cut this off. If you send them to a print company, they can usually print full bleed to th edge. I use a local print company in my town and they charge me 42 cents per page for color. I hope this helps.
