Thanks for sharing the Josh Stevens Foundation info I saw on someone else's page. What a great website. I teach Mindfulness with my students and give them activities to learn about their brain and how to "fill someone's bucket" everyday. I just posted my unit on mindful hearts that I use in my classroom so I thought I'd share that with you. Happy Teaching!

I love to be prepared, but I also do very well as a fly by the seat of my pants kind of gal. I also love cutesy stuff! That's why I shop on TpT all the time!
