TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am going into my 8th year as a public school educator. I spent 4 years as a middle school Social Studies teacher, 2 years as a middle school Social Studies Instructional Support Teacher (department chair), and I am going into my second year as a high school Social Studies teacher, all in Baltimore City, MD.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a proponent of cooperative learning and differentiated instruction. I attempt to incorporate a number of different modalities into my lesson plans in an effort to reach as many of my students as possible
