Hi Ms. Brown,

Someone who downloaded this free product let me know that this file is virtually the same as the Science Fiction Menu on page 51 of my Differentiating Instruction with Menus Grades 3-5 Language Arts book. The wording of my tasks statements is all still there with little modification. I am not sure that you are aware that the copyright I hold on all of my menus (on the bottom of each menu page) only allows use in the classroom with the purchaser's students. Even with the few word changes, posting this file violates my copyright.


That being said, my publisher is starting to crack down on menus which have been taken from my books and posted here for resale or as freebies (I am shocked to discover this is so rampant - I am flattered that people like them this much but the task statement on the menus I write are my original ideas which means copyright issues for folks who use as written). Cease and desist letters are sent to TpT lawyers as menus are discovered - I would really rather just talk to people about the issue. So, I would like to request that you remove this file since it is my original work.
