Hi Teresa, that sounds like a plan to me. The rules are on the board description. Basically, you need to pin from your blog or a post from someone else's. I prefer not for purchase blog posts but you can post for purchase blog posts that link back to TpT but if you do also pin another non for purchases pin with it. Don't repin the same pin within a given month. It would be great if you could repin from the board onto other boards, to help it grow. I hope this helps. I will send your invite now. Chat again soon. Yes, I think they are appropriate for First Grade. I tried to make them easy to read and the scavenger hunts have elements of the Common Core Standards. They would probably be better geared for first grade toward the end of the year, or for your high level readers. After teaching 1st grade for 17 years, I found that some needed a little challenge with reading and I think these poems do that.

Hello Mrs. Williams, I have been looking for a really nice social studies vocabulary cards and I just found your and would love to purchase them, however, we use a different social studies series. I was wondering if you could send me a list of vocabulary terms that are included in your product. If you have the majority of the words I need I can justify making the purchase. I have several things in my store that are pig themed I have a Back To School Pig theme that has name plates name tags, calendar numbers, days of the week, months of the year, etc. I don't know if you would like it or not, but you could take a look. I have been teaching for 27 years and have loved every minute of it. I cannot see myself doing any other job. I love writing books, poetry and songs and love sharing them with other people.

I am proud to say that I have been nominated for Teacher of The Year 3 times, although I have never won. I find it a great honor to be nominated.

I have a Masters and Specialist Degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently seeking my ESOL Endorsement.
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I love to write poetry and would like to write a children's book someday. I enjoy reading, making items for TpT, and spending time with my family and friends. I live in a small town in the North Georgia mountains and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
