I thought that your book was darling. However since I live in AK I feel that you might not know that the caribou really looks like a moose. A cute moose. Caribou have more like a two tier set of antlers and the points are much sharper than the moose. Only male (bulls) moose have antlers but both male and female caribou carry a rack. It has to do with area they live in and protection needs. The other thing that is a sensitive issue is the Eskimo and igloo. Stereo typing. The igloo is used as a shelter when hunting or when caught in a storm. The word Eskimo is a Russian word for raw meat eater. This group of people have called themselves Inupiat or depending on the area they are called Inuit. I hope you find this information as a help not a criticism. The book is darling but inaccurate.

I just wanted you to be aware that the Canadian Native groups in the Arctic prefer to be called Inuit, which means 'The People,' owing to the fact that they were the first and only group to have lived there this long. The word 'Eskimo' means 'Eaters of Raw Flesh' and is considered to be offensive to these people.
I cannot speak for the American Native population in the Arctic; perhaps 'Eskimo' is not offensive to them. As such, keeping the word 'Eskimo' will only narrow your range of customers.
