On the blooming into spring pack, I was curious about the compound sentences. Maybe I am wrong but I thought for compound sentences it had to be two independent clauses joined by a conjunction. The example you gave was Jane fell on the floor and hurt her knee.

Hello! I bought your Math Action Cards. They are made and laminated and ready to go! I have a question on the pattern block cards. In set B, card 3, when it says, roll the dice, then show that number with pattern blocks. How are they supposed to show the number? For example, if I roll 6 and 2 and make 62, do I actually count out 62 pattern blocks? Do I give a value to the pattern blocks, like base 10 blocks? I'm confused a little on this. Can you explain?

I teach kindergarten and not sure if all the activities are age appropriate for 5 and 6 year olds. You say it is for k through 3rd grade and that is a wide age difference. Could a k student read and follow the directions independently? I would like to see some samples of the task cards for each manipulative. Thanks!

I read your blog post and then downloaded the preview. You provided an appealing written description and overview pictures, but only one close up (readable) example from the Unifix cube set. Before purchasing I'd really like to see a close up example from the other two categories as well; maybe even a comparison of what a card from level A looks like versus a card from level B. That would help provide me a better sense of its appropriateness for my students. Thank you.

These are fabulous ideas, I do have some questions. On several of the Pattern Block cards you are saying to use cubes in the activity. Did you just copy and paste and forget to change them, or am I just being dense? Also sometimes you indicate number of dice and then a number. Are the others the child's choice? Or should it be die?
