I revised the file to include an index sample graphic. You will be able to download the revised file for FREE by going to MY PURCHASES tab. :)
Usually I prefer to have my students write their own sample index by referring to one of the books in our classroom. I provide a lesson on how to use an index to go along with the page in the notebook. I find it more meaningful than simply cutting and pasting a graphic.

I'm having difficulty printing several pages. My husband has tried as well. I can only print one page at a time or some pages won't print. I am using Adobe Reader.
Also, in the future please make some black and white copies of student pages. The color pages are great but I don't have the funds or ink cartridges to print color.
I won't rate the packet until I hear from you.

Hi Kim,
I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty printing. It must be very frustrating for you. Sounds like you and your husband have tried to troubleshoot this prior to contacting me. Although I am not an IT person, I can share some ideas that might help your situation and meet your needs.
First, it helps to clear out the print cue in case you have a backlog of print orders. Then shut down your computer AND your printer. Restart your printer first, then turn on your computer.
Before you print again, have you considered:
* Print only the pages you want; not the entire document. That will save ink and time.
*Choose "GREYSCALE" as your printing option. That way, you can enjoy the graphics without using colored ink.
* Also, choosing to print at "DRAFT" resolution will speed up the process. Ink Jet printers are much slower than laser printers. Higher resolution graphics take more time to spool.
