The type text here box is on the entire calendar. You should be able to fit it where you need it. I don't know about the dates, though...no one has asked me that. Sorry.

These are editable. I had to make it a PDF because of the graphics. On each page there is a spot that says "Type Text Here". That is your text box. You can type on each square by making the text box bigger. Let me know if it doesn't work.
